Here’s What You Should Know

Life happens — and I totally understand that. All I ask is that you give me a heads-up so I can offer your spot to another guest who may be waiting.

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.​

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a $50 fee of the scheduled service.​

• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service and may not be eligible to rebook in the future.​
